为保持会员档案准确、服务通知顺畅，并进一步提升会员服务质量，联盟秘书处现启动2025年度会员信息确认与服务更新工作。请各会员根据本通知要求完成资料核对与必要更新。
一、确认对象
本次信息确认面向联盟机构会员、普通会员、资深会员及荣誉会员。各会员可根据自身情况核对现有登记信息，并补充更新近期发生变化的内容。
二、确认内容
确认内容包括姓名或机构名称、联系方式、通讯地址、所在单位、职务职称、研究方向、会员等级、证书信息及会员服务接收偏好等。相关信息仅用于会员管理、服务通知、资格核验和活动联络。
三、确认方式
会员可通过联盟秘书处邮件或会员服务入口提交信息确认。若登记信息无变化，可回复确认；如信息发生变化，请提交更新后的准确信息及必要证明材料。
四、时间安排
本次信息确认截止时间为2025年12月15日。未在期限内完成确认的会员，可能影响后续通知接收、证书信息核验及相关会员服务衔接，请及时完成处理。
五、服务衔接
信息确认完成后，联盟将继续为会员提供学术资源、活动通知、课题申报提示、卓越奖相关通知及其他对应等级的会员服务。秘书处将根据确认结果完善会员档案，并通过邮件反馈后续安排。
To institutional members and individual members:
To keep member records accurate, ensure smooth service communications, and improve membership services, the Secretariat has started the 2025 member information confirmation and service update process. Members are requested to review and update their information as needed.
1. Scope
This process applies to institutional members, ordinary members, senior members, and honorary members. Members may review existing records and submit updates for any recent changes.
2. Information to Confirm
Information includes name or organization name, contact details, mailing address, affiliated organization, position or professional title, research field, membership level, certificate information, and service communication preferences. The information is used only for membership management, service notices, qualification confirmation, and activity communication.
3. Confirmation Method
Members may confirm information through the Secretariat email or the membership service channel. If there are no changes, a confirmation reply is sufficient. If information has changed, please submit accurate updated information and necessary supporting materials.
4. Schedule
The deadline for this information confirmation process is December 15, 2025. Members who do not complete confirmation by the deadline may experience delays in receiving notices, certificate verification, or related membership services.
5. Service Continuity
After confirmation, the Alliance will continue to provide academic resources, activity notices, research grant reminders, Excellence Awards notices, and other membership services according to each member level. The Secretariat will update member records and provide follow-up information by email.
