计划简介

联盟直管的独立科研扶持体系,为生命科学研究者提供稳定、透明的资助支持

科研课题专项扶持计划由卓健生命科学与健康发展联盟于2020年4月正式启动,由联盟秘书处项目管理部独立运营管理,与启元生命科学研究院并行运作,互不干预。这一独立管理架构是本计划区别于同类学术资助项目的核心特色,确保了从立项评审到经费拨付、结项验收的全程透明与公正。

计划面向亚太地区生命科学领域的科研机构、高等院校及医疗机构,资助覆盖生物医药、公共健康、医疗器械、健康管理及临床医学五大方向。申报周期每年一次,通常于1月至3月接受申报,5月公布立项结果,课题执行周期为1至2年。

截至目前,联盟已累计资助科研课题逾260项,资助总金额覆盖基础研究至临床转化多个层次,有力推动了亚太地区生命科学研究成果的产出与转化。

独立管理模式(模式2)

本计划由联盟秘书处项目管理部直接管理,不经由启元生命科学研究院,保持运营独立性,避免评审利益交叉。

项目管理部负责:申报受理、资格审核、评审组织、合同签署、经费监管、进度跟踪及结项验收全流程。

联盟学术委员会负责提供方向性指导,不参与具体项目的立项决策,确保评审过程的独立性。

重点课题

重点课题

面向生命科学领域战略性、系统性研究议题,鼓励跨机构、跨学科的联合攻关团队申报。重点课题要求申请主持人具有正高级职称或同等资历,并须提交详细的研究路线图与团队协同方案。课题执行期通常为2年,资助额度相对较高,适合具备前期研究积累、拟攻克重大科学问题的成熟研究团队。

一般课题

一般课题

面向生命科学与健康领域具有明确研究目标和可行研究方案的中等规模项目。申请主持人须具有博士学位及副高级以上职称,或具备3年以上独立科研经历。一般课题鼓励单位内部多学科协同,注重研究成果的实际应用价值与推广前景。课题周期为1至2年,是联盟扶持计划中立项数量最多的课题类型,已成为众多中青年研究者的重要科研支撑。

青年学者课题

青年学者课题

专为35周岁以下(申报截止日)青年研究者设立,旨在扶持有潜力的青年科研工作者开展独立的原创性研究。申请人须以独立课题负责人身份申报,不接受以学生身份提交的申请。青年学者课题特别鼓励具有交叉学科背景、勇于探索新兴研究方向的年轻学者,以小而精的研究设计为核心导向,资助额度灵活,课题周期为1年,并提供专属导师配对支持。

执行周期:1年 35周岁以下 导师配对支持

每年一届,申报周期透明,全程由联盟秘书处项目管理部管理

在线提交申报书、研究方案及申请人资质证明材料,秘书处出具收件确认函

项目管理部对申报材料进行形式审核,不符合条件者书面通知,无异议者进入评审

学术委员会组织同行专家对申报书进行双盲评审,评分并出具评审意见,确定立项建议名单

立项结果在联盟官网公示,获批课题负责人签署课题合同,经费按协议分期拨付

结项要求

结题报告

课题完成后须提交规范结题报告,包含研究过程、成果总结、经费使用说明及后续研究展望

学术论文

须发表至少1篇标注本课题资助信息的同行评审学术论文,期刊须具有正式ISSN编号

经费核销

提交完整经费使用凭证,经费使用须严格遵循合同约定用途,不得擅自调整预算科目

成果致谢

在所有相关成果(论文、专利、报告)中须注明卓健生命科学与健康发展联盟的资助支持

Program Overview

An independently managed research support system providing stable and transparent funding for life science researchers.

The Research Grant Support Program was launched by ZALSH in April 2020 and is independently operated by the Secretariat Project Management Department. It runs in parallel with Qiyuan Life Sciences Institute without operational interference, creating a transparent process from project approval review to fund disbursement and final acceptance.

The program supports research institutions, universities, and medical organizations across the Asia-Pacific region. Funding covers biomedicine, public health, medical devices, health management, and clinical medicine. Applications are accepted once per year, usually from January to March, with approval results announced in May.

To date, the alliance has funded more than 260 research projects spanning basic research and clinical translation, helping advance life science output and transformation across the region.

Independent Management Model

The program is directly managed by the Secretariat Project Management Department, not through Qiyuan Life Sciences Institute, preserving operational independence and avoiding review conflicts.

The department manages application intake, eligibility checks, review organization, contract signing, fund supervision, progress tracking, and final acceptance.

The Academic Committee provides directional guidance but does not participate in individual approval decisions.

Designed for strategic and systematic life science research themes, encouraging cross-institution and interdisciplinary teams. Principal investigators should hold a senior professional title or equivalent qualifications and submit a detailed research roadmap and collaboration plan.

For medium-scale projects in life sciences and health with clear goals and feasible plans. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree with an associate senior title or above, or have more than three years of independent research experience.

Young Scholar Project

Created for researchers under 35 years old at the application deadline, supporting independent original research by promising young scientists. The category encourages interdisciplinary backgrounds and emerging research directions, and includes mentor matching support.

Application Timeline

One cycle per year, managed throughout by the Secretariat Project Management Department.

Submit the application form, research proposal, and qualification documents online; the Secretariat issues a receipt confirmation.

The Project Management Department checks materials formally and notifies applicants whose submissions do not meet requirements.

The Academic Committee organizes double-blind peer review, scoring, and written opinions to form the recommended approval list.

Approved projects are announced on the official website; project leaders sign contracts and funds are disbursed in stages.

Completion Requirements

Final Report

Submit a standard final report covering research process, outcome summary, fund use, and future research plans.

Academic Paper

Publish at least one peer-reviewed academic paper acknowledging support from the project.

Fund Reconciliation

Submit complete vouchers and use funds strictly according to the contract and approved budget items.

Acknowledgment

Acknowledge ZALSH support in all related papers, patents, and reports.
