授予在生命科学领域具有重大学术影响力的顶尖学者，通常为院士级别或在国际主流学术期刊发表过高引用研究的资深教授。特聘研究员参与联盟学术年会主旨演讲、重大课题评审及学术委员会组织的卓越奖终审工作，享有最高级别学术礼遇。
授予具有博士学位且在相关领域拥有15年以上独立研究经历、担任副教授及以上职务的学者。高级研究员承担联盟课题专家评审、论文成果评审及青年学者导师配对工作，在各自专业领域内有较高的学术话语权。
授予具有博士学位且拥有8年以上科研经历、独立主持过至少两项科研项目的中坚学者。研究员参与联盟一般课题及青年学者课题的评审工作，并担任学术年会分论坛的专题评议人，是联盟在册评审专家网络的核心组成部分。
授予具有博士学位且拥有3年以上科研经历的青年学者，或硕士学位加5年以上相关领域从业经历者。助理研究员参与联盟学术评审的辅助工作，协助高级专家完成资料整理与初步评估，是联盟青年专家培育体系的重要起点。
A four-level expert title system appoints senior researchers to support alliance academic guidance and review work.
Granted to leading scholars with major academic influence in life sciences, typically academy-level experts or senior professors with highly cited work in major international journals. Distinguished Research Fellows participate in keynote sessions, major grant review, and Excellence Awards final review work organized by the Academic Committee.
Granted to scholars with a doctoral degree, more than 15 years of independent research experience, and an associate professorship or higher. Senior Research Fellows undertake grant review, manuscript and outcome review, and young scholar mentoring.
Granted to core scholars with a doctoral degree, more than 8 years of research experience, and at least two independently led research projects. Research Fellows review general and young scholar grants and serve as commentators in annual meeting forums.
Granted to young scholars with a doctoral degree and more than 3 years of research experience, or professionals with a master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant practice. Assistant Research Fellows support academic review work and expert documentation.
