入会申请所提交的全部材料须真实、准确、完整，不得伪造或虚报学历、职称、工作经历等资质信息。如事后发现虚报，联盟有权取消会员资格并公告。
会员须保持个人资料、联系方式和专业信息真实有效。如联系方式或任职单位发生变化，应及时向秘书处更新，以便正常接收会员服务、活动通知和资格确认信息。
在参与联盟一切活动（包括课题研究、评审工作、奖项申报）期间，须严格遵守国际学术伦理准则，不得抄袭、捏造数据或从事任何形式的学术不端行为。
会员在任何公开场合代表联盟发言或行事时，须维护联盟的公信力与声誉，不得发布与联盟立场相悖的不实信息，不得利用会员身份从事有损联盟利益的商业活动。

All materials submitted for membership must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Applicants may not falsify education, professional titles, work experience, or other qualification information. If false information is later discovered, the alliance may revoke membership and issue a notice.
Members should keep their profile, contact details, and professional information accurate and up to date so that membership services, activity notices, and qualification confirmations can be delivered properly.
Members must follow international academic ethics standards in alliance activities, including grant research, review work, and award applications. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of misconduct are prohibited.
When speaking or acting publicly in connection with the alliance, members must protect its credibility and reputation, avoid inaccurate statements, and refrain from using membership status for activities that harm the alliance's interests.
