乘坐东铁线至大学站，再转乘港铁穿梭巴士或步行约15分钟可达香港科学园。科学园巴士总站设有多路接驳车直达园区内各楼宇。

沿大埔公路（沙田段）转入科技大道西，科学园园区设有多个访客停车场，访客可在保安亭领取访客通行证后入场停车。建议提前与秘书处预约。
