启元研究院在学术服务实践中积累的代表性成果与行业贡献
2024年3月发布，系统梳理亚太地区生命科学研究现状、产业格局与政策环境，引发行业广泛关注，被多个政府部门及国际组织引用参考。
自2018年成立至今，研究院已完成论文评审、成果评审与技术评估项目逾1400项，服务对象覆盖18个国家与地区的科研机构及企业。
2023年5月，研究院牵头促成联盟与东南亚5所知名高校签署联合课题框架协议，推动跨国科研合作与人才交流机制的系统化建设。
研究院已建立覆盖生物医药、公共健康、医疗器械、健康管理及临床医学五大领域的在册专家网络，在册聘任专家180余名，具备快速匹配评审资源的能力。
通过助理研究员聘任与导师配对机制，已累计为逾60名青年学者提供专业成长支持，多名学者在参与联盟学术活动后晋升为独立PI。
每年11月联盟年度颁奖典礼暨学术年会的学术内容组织由研究院统筹负责，包括学术报告遴选、专题论坛策划及海报评审等全流程工作。

Released in March 2024, the white paper systematically reviewed the research landscape, industrial structure, and policy environment of life sciences in the Asia-Pacific region. It attracted wide attention and has been cited by multiple government departments and international organizations.
Since its founding in 2018, the institute has completed more than 1,400 manuscript reviews, outcome reviews, and technical assessments for research institutions and enterprises across 18 countries and regions.
In May 2023, the institute led the alliance in signing a joint project framework agreement with five leading Southeast Asian universities, promoting systematic cross-border research cooperation and talent exchange.
The institute has built a registered expert network spanning biomedicine, public health, medical devices, health management, and clinical medicine, enabling rapid matching of review resources.
Through assistant research fellow appointments and mentor matching, the institute has supported more than 60 young scholars, several of whom advanced to independent PI roles after participating in alliance academic activities.
Each November, the institute coordinates the academic content of the alliance's annual award ceremony and academic meeting, including report selection, forum planning, and poster review.
