经联盟第七届理事会第三次全体会议审议通过，现对联盟秘书处若干职位作出人事任命，具体事项公告如下。
一、任命决定
任命林嘉慧女士续任联盟秘书长，任期自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止。林嘉慧女士自2022年起担任联盟秘书长，任期内在推动联盟国际合作拓展、完善内部治理机制及提升联盟品牌影响力等方面均取得显著成效，理事会对其过去任期内的工作表示充分肯定。
任命陈伟明先生为联盟副秘书长（学术事务），负责统筹科研课题扶持计划、启元研究院日常运营及学术评审工作的协调管理，任期自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止。
任命苏雅文女士为联盟副秘书长（运营与发展），负责会员服务体系建设、联盟品牌推广及日常行政运营管理，任期同上。
二、交接安排
上述任命自2026年1月1日起正式生效。相关人员已于本公告发布前完成职务交接，工作已平稳衔接，各项业务正常推进，不受人事调整影响。
三、致谢
理事会对在任期内为联盟发展作出贡献的全体秘书处同仁表示诚挚感谢，并对即将履新的同仁表达殷切期望，希望各位秉承联盟使命，以更高的标准持续推动亚太生命科学领域的学术进步与合作发展。

To council units and member institutions:
Following approval at the third plenary meeting of the 7th ZALSH Council, the Secretariat announces the following personnel appointments.
Ms. Lin Jiahui is reappointed as Secretary-General of the Alliance for a term from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028. Since 2022, Ms. Lin has made significant contributions to international cooperation, internal governance, and brand development.
Mr. Chen Weiming is appointed Deputy Secretary-General for Academic Affairs, responsible for coordinating the Research Grant Program, Qiyuan Institute operations, and academic review work. Ms. Su Yawen is appointed Deputy Secretary-General for Operations and Development, responsible for membership services, brand promotion, and daily administration.
The appointments take effect on January 1, 2026. All handover work has been completed and operations remain stable.
The Council thanks all Secretariat colleagues for their contributions and expects the newly appointed officers to continue advancing academic progress and cooperation in Asia-Pacific life sciences.
