The first group of expert profiles from Qiyuan Institute has completed field checks and bilingual preparation and has been available through the Alliance website since 29 May. The group contains 16 profiles presenting public information such as expert category, professional identity, fields of expertise, areas of participation, and a concise biography.

Clear presentation of professional information

The expert profile section sits within Qiyuan Institute and complements the pages on the expert committee, professional appointments, and academic review. It does not display administrative identifiers or internal management information. It also avoids profile photographs where verified images have not been provided. Each profile therefore relies on carefully maintained text to help visitors understand professional focus and potential areas of academic participation.

Information included in the first group

• Basic information: Chinese and English names.
• Professional positioning: Expert category and a concise professional identity.
• Areas of expertise: Subject fields and potential areas of participation.
• Profile summary: A measured and maintainable account of research interests and professional experience.

The review also checked the correspondence of Chinese and English names and professional terminology. English profiles were prepared according to professional institutional usage rather than word-for-word translation, and no titles, affiliations, or honors were added beyond the available Chinese information.

Routine maintenance

Expert profiles are maintained through a dedicated content model in the website administration system. Changes to expert category, research focus, or areas of participation will be published after the relevant information has been checked. Public profiles reflect the current archive only; specific review assignments, event participation, and professional responsibilities remain subject to the corresponding work notice.
