6月25日，联盟开展公共健康与成果转化沙龙，围绕公共健康实践中的成果识别、研究成果转化的评价边界、报告表达和公开传播要求进行专题讨论。活动采用小型交流形式，重点处理成果从研究记录进入公开说明时容易出现的概念混用和证据不足问题。
成果转化不等于扩大表述
交流提出，成果转化首先需要说明研究成果能够支持哪一类实践决策，以及现有证据可以覆盖到什么范围。实验观察、技术验证、临床应用和公共健康实践处于不同阶段，不能用同一套指标进行评价，也不应把潜在价值直接写成已经产生的社会成效。

- 实践价值：识别研究成果对公共健康服务、健康治理和人群健康改善可能提供的支持。
- 证据边界：区分研究数据、实施记录、专业判断和后续建议。
- 报告结构：清楚呈现背景、对象、方法、观察结果、限制和下一步安排。
- 公开传播：避免使用无法核验的客户案例、夸张数字或未经确认的机构背书。
沙龙同时讨论了成果转化报告网页信息与PDF正式文件的关系。网页可以提供标题、编号、摘要和必要的详情说明，但完整信息仍以对应PDF为准。没有录入补充详情的报告，不应为了页面完整而添加虚构内容。
形成可持续的资料维护方式
联盟将继续通过成果转化报告栏目整理公开资料，并结合白皮书、课题和标准资料完善交叉查阅。后续报告在公开前将重点核对事实来源、适用范围、双语表述和文件可访问性，使资料能够在专业交流中被准确理解和使用。
On 25 June, the Alliance held a public health and research translation salon on identifying practical outcomes, setting boundaries for translation assessment, preparing reports, and communicating findings publicly. The focused discussion addressed common problems that arise when research records are converted into public descriptions, including the mixing of concepts and claims that exceed the available evidence.
Translation does not mean expanding a claim
The exchange emphasized that research translation begins by explaining what type of practical decision a finding may support and how far the current evidence can reasonably extend. Experimental observations, technical validation, clinical use, and public health practice represent different stages. They cannot be assessed with a single set of measures, and potential value should not be described as an already achieved social outcome.

- Practical value: Identify how research may support public health services, health governance, or population health improvement.
- Evidence boundaries: Distinguish research data, implementation records, professional judgment, and future recommendations.
- Report structure: Present the context, subject, method, observations, limitations, and next steps clearly.

The salon also considered the relationship between a translation report page and its formal PDF. A web page may provide the title, report number, summary, and supplementary explanation, but the complete information remains subject to the corresponding PDF. Where no supplementary detail has been entered, content should not be invented merely to fill the page.
A sustainable approach to resource maintenance
The Alliance will continue organizing public materials through the translation report section and will improve cross-reference with white papers, research projects, and standard references. Before publication, future reports will be checked for source accuracy, scope, bilingual wording, and file accessibility so that they can be understood and used appropriately in professional exchange.
