5月16日，卓健生命科学与健康发展联盟开展研究白皮书成果交流会，围绕专题研究资料从选题、撰写到公开发布的完整过程进行交流。本次活动重点讨论如何清楚说明研究问题、资料范围、证据来源和适用边界，使白皮书能够承担专题研究记录与专业交流的功能。
从选题到公开呈现
与会交流首先聚焦白皮书的选题边界。一个适合公开发布的专题，不仅要与生命科学、医学创新、公共健康或成果转化相关，还需要说明其所回应的具体问题、资料基础和预期读者。对于尚缺乏充分证据支撑的判断，应在正文中保留必要限制，不以结论性语言替代研究过程。
强调结构与证据
- 研究背景：交代问题来源、领域现状及开展专题研究的必要性。
- 资料方法：说明资料整理、文献归纳或框架分析的基本方法。
- 主要内容：按清晰层级呈现观察、分析与建议，避免不同层次的信息混杂。
- 适用边界：区分研究观点、公开资料与正式规范，不把专题资料包装成官方结论。
活动同时梳理了网页摘要、双语标题、PDF展示文件和公开下载之间的对应关系。网页信息应帮助读者快速理解文档主题，PDF则保留完整内容；两者的标题、日期和核心表述需要保持一致。
持续完善研究资料
联盟将结合本次交流形成的维护要点，对现有研究白皮书的页面信息、文件可访问性和中英文表述进行持续核对。后续专题资料仍将坚持范围清楚、表达审慎和便于查阅的原则，为相关研究人员提供稳定的公开参考。
On 16 May, the Alliance for Life Sciences and Health Development held a research white paper exchange covering the full process from topic selection and drafting to public release. The discussion focused on how to define research questions, the scope of source material, the basis of evidence, and the limits of application so that a white paper can serve as a reliable record for focused research and professional exchange.
From topic selection to public presentation
The exchange began with the scope of a suitable white paper topic. A topic intended for public release should be relevant to life sciences, medical innovation, public health, or research translation, while also identifying the specific issue being addressed, the available source material, and the intended readership. Where evidence remains limited, the document should state those limitations rather than presenting preliminary observations as definitive conclusions.
Structure and evidence
- Research context: Explain the origin of the question, the current field context, and the reason for conducting the focused study.
- Sources and methods: Describe how materials, literature, or analytical frameworks were selected and organized.
- Main discussion: Present observations, analysis, and recommendations in a clear hierarchy.
- Limits of application: Distinguish research views and public references from formal standards or official conclusions.
The session also reviewed the relationship among website summaries, bilingual titles, PDF presentation files, and public downloads. Website information should help readers understand the topic quickly, while the PDF preserves the complete document. Titles, dates, and core descriptions must remain consistent across both formats.
Ongoing improvement of research resources
Based on the maintenance points identified during the exchange, the Alliance will continue checking page information, file accessibility, and bilingual wording across its existing white papers. Future materials will follow the same principles of a clearly defined scope, measured language, and practical public access.
