各会员单位、各合作研究机构：
为持续推动生命科学领域的原创性研究，支持具有创新潜力的科研团队，联盟科研课题扶持计划2026年度申报工作现正式启动。请符合条件的单位及个人按照本通知要求，在规定时间内完成申报。
一、资助方向
本年度开放以下五大研究方向：（一）生物医药，重点支持创新药物靶点发现、先导化合物优化及新型给药系统研究；（二）公共健康，重点支持传染病防控机制、慢性病流行病学及健康政策评估研究；（三）医疗器械，重点支持新型诊断设备、微创手术器械及体外诊断试剂的创新研究；（四）精准医疗，重点支持基因组学、蛋白质组学及单细胞多组学技术在疾病诊治中的应用研究；（五）健康数据科学，重点支持电子健康档案挖掘、临床预测模型开发及人工智能辅助诊断研究。
二、资助额度与周期
本年度设置重点课题与一般课题两类。重点课题资助额度为每项50万至150万港元，研究周期为2至3年；一般课题资助额度为每项10万至50万港元，研究周期为1至2年。本年度预计立项重点课题不超过10项，一般课题不超过30项，具体立项数量视申报质量及评审结果而定。
三、申请条件
申请人须为联盟正式会员或联盟合作机构的在职研究人员，具有博士学位或副高级及以上专业技术职称，且在申报领域具有良好的研究基础。每位申请人同一年度内只能作为负责人申报一项课题，已获联盟资助且尚在执行期内的课题负责人不得再次申报。
四、申报程序与截止日期
申请人须通过联盟官方网站的课题申报系统在线提交申请，纸质材料恕不受理。申报材料包括：课题申请书（须按规定模板填写）、申请人简历、单位同意函及伦理审查预案（如涉及人体研究）。本年度申报截止日期为2026年5月31日，逾期不予受理。
五、评审与立项
联盟将由学术委员会组织启元研究院学术评审部及外部同行专家，对所有申报材料进行独立评审。评审结果预计于2026年8月公布，立项课题将于2026年第三季度末完成资助协议签署并启动经费拨付。

To member institutions and partner research organizations:
To promote original research in life sciences and support innovative research teams, the 2026 ZALSH Research Grant Program is now open for applications.
Funding Directions. The program supports five areas: biomedicine, public health, medical devices, precision medicine, and health data science, including innovative drug targets, infectious-disease prevention, diagnostic equipment, multi-omics applications, and AI-assisted diagnosis.
Funding Amount and Period. Key projects may receive HKD 500,000 to 1.5 million for two to three years. General projects may receive HKD 100,000 to 500,000 for one to two years. No more than 10 key projects and 30 general projects are expected to be approved.
Eligibility. Applicants must be formal ZALSH members or employed researchers at partner institutions, hold a doctorate or associate senior professional title or above, and have a strong research foundation in the proposed field.
Application Procedure. Applications must be submitted through the official ZALSH website. Required materials include the application form, research proposal, applicant CV, institutional consent letter, and ethics review plan where applicable. The deadline is May 31, 2026.
